Location: Sprachcaffe is in the north of Munich, in the Schwabing-West neighbourhood. The school is practically opposite the Luitpold Park, a large green space with a hill boasting picturesque views of the city. It is also a short trip to the Olympic Park. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all around the streets of the school.

Getting around: As there are some popular attractions found in the neighbourhood there are excellent transportation connections to the centre of Munich. At both ends of the street, there are tram stations connecting to the city. Just over 5 minutes by foot from the school is the Bonner Platz U-Bahn station. This is a station on the U3 line.

Major attractions: A lot of the features of the city are found in the centre. This includes attractions including Marienplatz central square, Victuals Market and the Frauenkirche church. The centre of the city is around 25 minutes by public transportation. The English Garden is a vast public space to the north east of Munich. It is a 30 minute walk from the school or a 15-minute trip on the U-bahn.

Course structure: There are general German group classes, one-to-one lessons, a TELC exam course to prepare for the exam as well as plus courses to add to a general course including communication skills and business German. Young learner programmes are held during the summer months.

Comments about courses

Each course also allows the student the added bonus to join the study club for free. This provides the students with the possibility to ask the teacher any problems or questions that have arisen, recap on lessons and help with homework. This is for 2 lessons per week.

Course material is possible by loan from EUR 6 (per week), EUR 18 refundable deposit on return or on sale at the school.

The placement test and certificate are included in the price.
