Location: CIE - College of International Education is located in the historic and charming city of Oxford, England. Housed in Bocardo House, in front of the world-famous Oxford Union, in the city centre, the school is surrounded by local coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and all a student may need to be comfortable during their stay in the city.
Local attractions: Renowned for its many world-class museums and educational establishments, Oxford is unique in its livelihood and what it offers students. Museums such as The Pitt Rivers Museum, The Museum of Natural History, The Ashmolean Museum and The History of Science Museum are all a short journey from the school, ensuring students have lots to do and learn, during their time in Oxford. The beautiful green spaces around Oxford attract visitors from all over the world, offering a well-deserved rest from studying to the students of all of the city's many schools.
Course structure: Course selection at CIE is extensive and includes something suitable to students of all levels. General English programmes, over a variety of schedules, run throughout the year, with more specific immersion courses for Juniors during the summer months. The school also supplies IELTS Exam Preparation programmes as well as programmes of Private Tuition.
School ethos: An independent school based in the centre of Oxford with over 45 years of teaching experience, CIE provides students with an excellent opportunity to reach their language goals whilst enjoying Oxford to its fullest.
