What our students said about Cambridge
It is a wonderful place. First of all, it is very safe. The people are polite and generous, and the overall atmosphere is more economically well off than in other cities. It is a moderately small, rural town, but when it comes to shopping, there are many upscale and renowned stores, probably due to the large number of tourists. The old town center is spectacular. However, it is not the most exciting or glamorous city. You can get to London in an hour by train, so it would be nice to visit from time to time.
The city is one of the most multicultural areas in the UK, and local people are very welcoming towards foreigners. There are many English-learning communities, so you have lots of chances to practice English and experience other cultures outside of school. Since it’s a university town, it feels very safe, and you can live comfortably without being overly cautious.
A beautiful city with many historic buildings (churches, colleges, city centre, churches, museums) and a very nice botanical garden. The city has several city parks and you can get out into nature very quickly.
One of the most beautiful cities I know, a MUST for anyone who appreciates beauty, a cultivated cosmopolitan atmosphere with excellent food and fabulous leisure facilities (sports, culture, cafés, etc.).
I can't judge the nightlife, as I also studied in the evening. For cycling ok, it's all flat. Traffic pretty considerate. Cycle paths great. Cambridge as a city ok, certainly not my preferred city.
Cambridge is a wonderful city. I commute there from Peterborough by national express so I do not have much experience of some stuff but if I could I would live in Cambridge permanently.
I think is a very nice city, not so big, but just to know it and live it. Easy to be explored on foot or by bike. Full of clubs and places to eat or drink something with friends.
Small but charming city with things to do. I imagine that for very long periods, 5-6 months it is too small for you but you always have the train to escape to another city.
Museums, collages, churches. I would like to mention Daxfort air museum which i guess is not a part of Cambridge even if it is close to it but i was there and i loved it.
It is super nice and quite picturesque with small shops and nice people. However, the buses are sometimes a bit unpredictable.

Q&A - Questions about English courses and schools in Cambridge
We are a group of students interested in booking a personalized programme and studying for a short period in Cambridge. Do you work with any schools that offer a programme that would be a good fit for us?
I would like to know about courses for children, and whether it is compulsory for adults to attend classes.
I am interested in booking a summer English course for a 10-year-old student in Cambridge. What options do you have?
I don't know which course to choose...
As a general rule, most students book a General English course. These classes are open to everyone and, as the name says, are the industry standard, covering a bit of everything: speaking, grammar, vocabulary, reading and listening skills. They are a particularly good option for students at a lower level who are still working to establish a solid language base, and also for people who are looking for a good course but still want to enjoy their free time.
”
I have seen that there are many schools for which prices are not shown, why is this?
Do you only offer junior programmes in the summer?
We would like to attend the same school but we have different levels, so we will be in different groups. Can we still be in the same family?
