With the largest International airport on the island, it is an excellent entry point as well as a great base to explore all the island has to offer. The city is easy to explore by foot or bike, with lots of restaurants, shopping malls and bars to keep you entertained. It is hard to miss Hagley Park, a huge piece of land to the west of the city, which is used for a variety of activities throughout the year and boasts a fascinating botanical garden.
