Location: Tamwood Junior Summer Camp Toronto is a junior summer camp located in the multi-cultural and socially progressive city of Toronto, Canada. Housed within the University of Toronto Campuses, the school is approximately 33 km west of Downtown Toronto and set in the valley of the Credit River, on expansive grounds.
Course selection: Course selection includes a range of residential and day camp opportunities for junior students. Each programme includes activities, excursions, and tuition.
Activities that may be included in the full programme include scavenger hunts, mountain biking, games nights, cycling, dodgeball, kayaking, STEM activities, Leadership activities and much more.
Excursions can include trips to Niagara Falls, the Toronto Islands, the CN Tower and more.
School facilities: The campus is expansive and modern, including a self-service canteen where three hot meals are given to the students on the full-camp programme daily. Each meal includes one main dish, two side dishes, a dessert and a drink.
Accommodation: Accommodation is on campus in single bedrooms. Each room has WIFI, a desk, a dresser and a closet. The bathroom facilities are shared with another student. A laundry service is provided once per week, which is included in the camp fee. All Residential campers will receive three warm meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
All residential accommodation has live-in Tamwood staff, available to assist all junior students accordingly.
