Can LTL Singapore guarantee group lessons? If not, will classes be canceled or are there alternatives?
“Due to our smaller size in the city, we cannot guarantee Group classes just yet (2024), but we all hope to be able to guarantee them very soon. When booking the Group class programme, in case there are not enough students to open such a Group, the 4 hours/day Group will automatically convert into a 1.5 hours/day Individual 1on1 programme. This way the same progress will still be guaranteed, regardless of which type of programme the student is in.”

Can you please explain how are the immersion lessons organised in your school?
“Singapore is one of our Immersion locations which means we do not have a central school there, so it's important that students get a homestay family. We have central schools in Beijing, Taipei, Beihai and Shanghai. The biggest problem with language schools in East Asia is that the language of communication is almost always English, as pretty much everyone can speak at least some English. This is fun and easy, however it's not great for learning the target language.
For the full Immersion programmes, all students stay in Homestays and classes are at an immersion location, where only the student is studying without being surrounded by other English speakers. This can be the Homestay, teacher's home, coffee shops, a rented classrooms or any other study area.
This situation specifically is perfect if the students wish to have a Full Immersion programme, as they will be exposed to the language during their programme.”
