Western Australia covers the whole West of the country and is the largest state in Australia. A large proportion of the state consists of the outback, remote land far from urban areas. Perth is the territory's capital city and resides to the South West where the majority of urbanisation in the state is found. Also in the South West of the region is Margaret River, which has resulted in an affluent wine region. There are some interesting geographical sights to see in Western Australia such as the Pinnacles Desert, Wave Rock and Nambung National Park. On the northern tip of the region is Cable Beach and the beach town of Broome.
