Western Australia covers the whole West of the country and is the largest state in Australia. A large proportion of the state consists of the outback, remote land far from urban areas. Perth is the territory's capital city and resides to the South West where the majority of urbanisation in the state is found. Also in the South West of the region is Margaret River, which has resulted in an affluent wine region. There are some interesting geographical sights to see in Western Australia such as the Pinnacles Desert, Wave Rock and Nambung National Park. On the northern tip of the region is Cable Beach and the beach town of Broome.

Q&A - Questions about English courses and schools in Australia
- I would like information about your English courses in Western Australia, the enrolment and visa process.“We offer a variety of English courses in Perth, the capital city of Western Australia, through a number of accredited schools such as Perth International College of English, ILSC Language School and Lexis English. These schools provide high quality education and a range of courses suitable for different levels of proficiency and learning objectives.
The first thing you will need to do is choose a school and select the course that best suits your needs from our partner schools. Complete the application form provided by your chosen school. You may need to send documents such as your passport, previous academic records and proof of English language proficiency. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a Letter of Offer from the school. After paying the required deposit (normally, you will need to pay the full amount of your booking fee), you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), which is required for your visa application.
As for the visa process, it is best to contact the embassy for details, but basically you will need to apply for a student visa (subclass 500), for which you will need the CoE. The application can be made online through the Australian Department of Home Affairs website. You will also need to provide a range of documents, such as proof of sufficient funds, health insurance and English language proficiency test results, as well as proof that you plan to stay in Australia temporarily for study purposes. Once your visa is approved, you will receive an email notification with the details.”Rubén De Haro, LanguageCourse.Net - Aug 21, 2024
