Why Amman? Amman, the capital of Jordan, is a modern city with numerous ancient ruins ...
and is argued to be one of the easiest cities in which to enjoy the Middle East experience. Although it lacks the storied history and thrilling architecture of other regional capitals, being in such close proximity to Petra, the Dead Sea or Wadi Rum, theres lenty to see, do and learn about.

What our students said about Amman

Rating: 5/5

Amman is noisy, the air quality is not great and the public transportation is very limited and hard to navigate. However, the people are warm and friendly and the city is located near a lot of very interesting places.

Rating: 4/5

The climate: it was cold therefore only 2 stars. Climate outside is not a problem, the problem is that it is also very cold inside. Sometimes colder than outside.

Rating: 5/5

Unfortunately, there are few public transports and they are poorly signposted or hardly understandable for foreigners
