Location: Tandem Munich is a German language institute located in the bustling city of Munich, Germany. The school is housed on the outskirts of the city centre, surrounded by eateries, shops and within walking distance of several of the city's attractions. Such attractions within walking distance of the school include Werneckweisse Park, the popular Münchner Freiheit square, Luitpoldpark, Alte Pinakothek and the Olimpiapark Munchen. There are several links to public transport nearby.
Course selection: In addition to General German programmes taught over several schedules and intensities, Tandem Munich provides TELC and TestDaf Exam Preparation and individual lessons. Individual lessons are available as part of a combination programme with a group course. Many of the programmes provided by the school are also available online for distance learning.
Social and cultural: Tandem Munich understands that learning a new language often goes hand-in-hand with learning a new culture and way of life. From this understanding, the school offers a social and leisure programme to students who are studying on their intensive programmes (intensive, super-intensive, summer intensive). Such activities can include excursions to Salzburg, Dachau and the Chiemese Islands, in addition to afternoons and evenings out in Munich's many beer gardens.
Accommodation: Tandem Munich can provide accommodation in homestay and shared flat facilities to all students taking an intensive programme with them.

“At the time of writing (2024), we have an excellent partner school in Munich, Tandem, which offers both online and face-to-face TEFL courses lasting exactly 4 weeks. The school is not an official TELC examination centre but we will be happy to help you find a centre where you can take the examination at the end of the course.
