Special Offers
Location: The junior programme at Bouchereau Lingua International is based in Dawson’s College, in the Shaughnessy Village neighbourhood of Montreal. It has a strong student base as it is the home of Concordia University, and there are lots of student eateries and cafes. It is a hub for bookstores nestled around the Canadian Centre for Architecture. The Montreal Forum is an excellent place to visit for after class activities with a cinema and a bowling alley.
Course structure: The curriculum of the language classes are based around students gaining confidence on their communication skills in either English or French. The courses are integrated with workshops in different areas including language through music, digital photography, arts, journalism, film making and improv/acting. Students will work on their project throughout the week and then there will be a presentation on Friday.
Activities: Bouchereau Lingua International offers a full activity schedule. Afternoons start from 14:00 until 18:00, and students will take part in ice skating, shopping trips, biking or a trip to the Planetarium, biodome or an Old Montreal walking tour. In the evenings, activities are held at the residence from 20:00 and 21:30. Excursions take place on the weekends, and are either one day or two day adventures.
Accommodation: Students have a choice of either staying at a homestay with a local family or at the student residence, five minutes from the school.

- Generally, course material has to be purchased by all students at the school. The costs of course material will be approximately CA$30 per course level.
- Individual classes
- Single individual lessons of tuition can be reserved at 80 C$. The combination of group and individual lessons is highly recommended. Individual lessons will encourage you to actively speak the foreign language and will offer you the opportunity to discuss individual problems and weaknesses.
