Location: Instituto Cultural Idioma Salvador is located in Salvador, Brazil, between the Tropic of Capricorn and Ecuador, on Brazil's northeastern coast. The city is one of the sunniest cities in the world and has over 50 kilometres of beaches! The school is housed in a colonial-style building, in the heart of the city's Barra neighbourhood, one of the trendiest and most popular neighbourhoods of the city, within walking distance of shopping centres, restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful Porto da Barra and Farol da Barra beaches.
Social and Cultural: As a cultural and language centre, the school has many extracurricular activities and excursions to offer. Whether you are looking to tour the local islands, take some diving instruction or wish to learn about the local history through some walking tours, Instituto Cultural Idioma can assist you with all excursions and activities, ensuring a memorable and comfortable time during your trip.
Salvador is steeped in history, serving as an important port to Africa and Asia for the Portuguese colonies, the diverse art, cuisine and natural beauty, really emphasise the city's diversity.
