Location: AILC - Asia International Language Center is located in the bustling city of Yokohama, Japan. Surrounded by convenience stores, shopping areas and within walking distance of the Yokohama Stadium, Yokohama Park and the Aquarium, students have many attractions nearby to enjoy. The Ishikawacho JR train is within a 5-minutes walk of the school, with the famous Yokohama Chinatown also within walking distance.
Course selection: AILC offers short and long-term courses, with a level placement test given on the first day of class. Absolute beginners are required to take the long-term course, with specific start dates staggered throughout the year.
Accommodation: Accommodation in the Yuikai Dormitory is available within a 5-minutes walk of the school, subject to minimum stay requirements. The Yuikai Dormitory is an excellent way to interact with other students socially during your time in Yokohama.
School facilities: The school's facilities consist of a lounge area, library, microwave use for students and a student support desk for any questions or queries that may arise. All classrooms have heating and air conditioning, with most having ample natural light to create the optimal learning environment.
Social and Cultural: Many excursions, activities and sightseeing opportunities are available locally. The AILC student support desk is happy to assist with any information or assistance required, making each student's stay in Yokohama as comfortable and memorable as possible.
