General French Course 15 hours
July & August 2024 - 15-hour Afternoon Course
This year, lessons for students on our General French 15h course in July & August will take place both in the mornings and in the afternoons. Students will either be in the morning courses OR the afternoon ones - but not both.
The week’s timetable will be communicated to students after the Monday morning tests and no later than 10AM.
This organisation also applies to students already at the school before July and who are registered for a 15-hour course.Discover the pleasures of learning French with inlingua‘s General French programmes, tailored to fit the needs of students of all levels. Classes in small groups ensure maximal progression on the course. Through dynamic classes and interesting topics, our highly trained teachers can teach students from beginner levels to even the most advanced speakers on their French language journey.
Course Dates
All-year round
All levels, except complete beginner, are accepted all year-round and you can start whenever you wish. Take the level placement test on our website today to find out what level you have and which programmes are adapted to you.
Beginner Students
A beginner level is given to those who have no knowledge of French or who cannot communicate, even with simple sentences (test result < A1.3).
If a student with a beginner level registers for a course outside of specific starting dates for beginners, we will offer them an adapted one-to-one programme as stated in our Terms & Conditions on our website.
July & August 2024 - 15-hour Afternoon Course
This year, lessons for students on our General French 15h course in July & August will take place both in the mornings and in the afternoons. Students will either be in the morning courses OR the afternoon ones - but not both.

General French Course 20 hours
20-hour Course
Dive into the discovery of French culture and history with our 20-hour course. The General French course combined with two afternoon workshops per week enable students to apply their newly acquired language skills to interesting topics.
These workshops offer our students both the chance to use their French in a more relaxed & conversational environment while discovering various points of French culture.
The workshops bring together adult students from different classes in the school. 10 to 15 people depending on the theme. The workshops take place either at inlingua or in the city. Students must have at least an A2 level to participate in these classes.
Students participating in the 20-hour course will always have their General French classes in the mornings - even in July & August.
Adult Summer Activity Course
When signing up for a General French course in July or August, students can choose between adding the cultural workshops OR participating in our Adult Summer Activity Course.
The activity course consists of :
3 afternoon sports/cultural activities per week
1 evening activity per week
Activities inclued :
Volleyball
Pétanque
Laser tag/VR games
Climbing
Trips to museums and local towns,
And much more.
Some activities (surfing, sailing, etc.) require a financial participation from the student if they wish to participate.

Intensive French Course 25
This programme has been designed for adults who wish to progress quickly with or without professional themes. A combination of morning group classes with cultural workshops, conversation classes, and multimedia workshops ensures that students work on all their skills in depth.
The course is broken down as follows:
-15 hours of general French in a group from Monday to Friday
-2 cultural workshops (2 x 2h30)
-5 hours of multimedia workshop
This Course is recognized in several regions as part of the Bildungsurlaub.

Intensive French Course 30
This programme has been designed for adults who wish to progress quickly with or without professional themes. A combination of morning group classes with cultural workshops, conversation classes, and multimedia workshops ensures that students work on all their skills in depth.
Modern and effective multimedia tools are used by the trainer during the multimedia workshops. The trainer will always be present to help and advise the participants during this type of session.
Cultural workshops allow students to discover different faces of French culture in a more relaxed context.
Conversation classes will allow them to implement their new language skills
