The English for Hospitality & Tourism course is a practical program designed to give students the English skills needed to work within the Hospitality or Tourism industry.
The course focuses on everyday language needed for customer service, including working in restaurants, cafes, hotels, and tour companies. Students organise and host events, give tour presentations, participate in practical roleplays, write professional resumes, practice job interview skills and much more!
Students' work is assessed ongoing throughout the course, as well as via an oral presentation and written project. Optional barista training gives students the opportunity to learn coffee making skills from a professional Sydney barista.
