Location: Centro Studi F.D. ELLCI is located in the historic fashion capital of Italy, Milan. The school is situated a few steps from Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most important commercial zones of the city and has many cafés, eateries and green spaces surrounding it. The Loreto subway station is a 2-minute walk from the school, ensuring that attractions such as the Duomo Cathedral and the Sforzesco Castle are within a 15-minute journey of the school.
Course selection: The course selection of the school is extensive, ranging from General Italian courses, Italian for Business and Study Holiday programmes, to an array of Italian for University, Fashion, and Design and Music courses. There is something for every student, with programmes suitable for students of all levels. Senior, Evening and Weekend courses are also available.
School facilities: The facilities of the school are significant, offering students all that is required to reach their language goals in a motivated and friendly atmosphere. All classrooms have air conditioning and heating, with most having access to electronic whiteboards and ample natural light to create the optimal learning environment.

Other comments: We were not too happy about the accommodation even though it was, as promised, a flat with 2 separate bedrooms - fairly close to the school. The family itself (the father) was alright and polite. The flat was modern.
The reason why we did not like it was because:
- it was in a cellar with no view outside
- the family, living upstairs (the owners) could be heard all the time as there was an open stairwell in one corner of the kitchen, so at times it was difficult to fall asleep because of their television.

"The accommodation was far too expensive for what was offered. You could hardly use the kitchen because everything was covered in grease and there was hardly any tableware. I didn't get to know much about the other flatmates. I thought you shared a flat with other language students, but that wasn't the case. That's why I was unhappy with the situation.

I would like to know if your school could help me with weekend or evening classes, possibly with a student language visa to improve my Italian enough for professional working purposes, and also perhaps with housing.
“Evening or weekend courses are not suitable for student visa applications. If students wish to apply for a student visa, they need to register for a full-time course with at least 20 lessons per week. The Evening course has a fixed duration for 12 weeks and includes 4 lessons per week. The Standard 20 course can be booked for student visa application. Students can choose to attend a six-months course, that is the minimum duration required for a visa application. Accommodation through the school can only be booked for full-time courses (e.g. standard 20 course).

“ELLCI's study vacations are ideal for learning Italian quickly in a friendly, fun environment, getting to know Milan, its people and surroundings, fashion and entertainment and overall Italian culture. Study in the morning and visit the city in the afternoon. The tours vary by guide and by day. Of course, it totally depends on what there is to do during the time you are there! Please note that one lesson at this school is 45 minutes.
