Location: This summer camp is found in the residence called Maison Diocésaine Saint Léon. This is located on the outskirts of Bayonne, to the south of the city. It is in a quiet area, with other residences, local schools, a hospital and a number of parks dotted around.
Getting around: International Projects Junior Summer School is a 15-20 minute bus ride to the centre of Bayonne. This is also walkable in 30 minutes. Bayonne’s central train station is a 35-minute walk from the school. It is a 15-minute drive from the Biarritz Airport to the school.
Top attractions: The majority of features in the city, such as Cathédrale Sainte-Marie de Bayonne and the Carreau des Halles, are all found in the centre of Bayonne. The Marracq Castle is just an eight-minute walk from the school. Biarritz is a larger city to Bayonne. It is a 20-minute car ride or just over an hour by public transportation from International Projects Junior Summer School.
Course structure: This junior camp operates in the summer months. It has full programmes for either residence accommodation or homestay accommodation. It is possible to take general French or do a more intensive course.

Students can choose between French and English tuition.
Lessons normally take place from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 11:45. Each of the three morning lessons focuses on a specific area of language learning: grammar and language work, reading and listening, or communicative activities and speaking practice.
The aim is to provide you with the vocabulary and grammar required for effective communication and particular attention is paid to improving speaking and listening skills.
The following levels of French are catered for: elementary (A1), lower intermediate (A2), intermediate (B1), upper intermediate (B2).
