Location: Oxford Spires Junior Centre - Oxford International College is a junior language institute in the student-friendly and culturally rich city of Oxford, England. The school is housed in the modern facilities of Oxford International College, a short walk from Oxford city centre and just a few steps away from a range of eateries, restaurants, shops and parks.
Course selection: The school offers summer residential and summer day programmes to junior studetns aged between 12-17. the fully immersive options are inclusive of tuition, accommodation (residential, full board), afternoon activities, evening activities and excursions.
Afternoon and evening activities can include tours of Oxford, treasure hunts, team-building exercises, sports in the park and much more.
Excursions may include walking tours around London, visits to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and boat trips.
Social and cultural: The immersive programme options are filled with afternoon and evening activities in addition to full-day excursions on the weekend, giving students ample opportunity to practise their English and get to know their international peers accordingly.
Accommodation: Accommodation is available in residence or homestay.
The residential accommodation is in twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Bed linen is included and is changed weekly. There are social common room areas and laundry services are available.
Homestay accommodation is based on two students sharing a room. Students would travel to school via public transport with a local travel card included in the programme price. Single rooms may also be available upon request, additional costs do apply.

The Oxford International College Summer Vacation programme combines English lessons with getting to know the historic city of Oxford. Lessons place emphasis on activating students’ existing language skills, while putting a real focus on authentic communication and developing study skills.
Lessons are based on a communicative approach, with student confidence at the core of the syllabus and methodology. The social programme complements the academic programme, with visits to some of Oxford’s most famous attractions, colleges, museums, and historical sites.
