Location: Hermann-Hesse-Kolleg Horb am Neckar is located in the small medieval town of Horb, on the River Neckar, Germany. The school is housed in the fantastic 500-year-old building, a short walk from River Neckar and the town centre. Attractions within the town and surrounding areas include the Wasserschloss Glatt Castle, the Wehrstein Castle, the castle gardens and many historical sites of interest.
Course selection: The school provides Intensive German courses, evening courses and programmes of private tuition.
Getting around: The school is within 600m or a 6-minute walk of the Horb train station. The closest city to Horb is Stuttgart, which is around a 60-minute train from Horb. Additional locations for visiting from Horb include Zurich in Switzerland, which is around a 2-hour journey via public transport from Horb and Strasbourg, France, which is around a 200-minute journey from the school via public transport.
Accommodation: The school can provide homestay accommodation for local families. Various meal plans are available with the homestay accommodation.
