The students came from all over the world: Bangladesh, Philippines, Afghanistan, Brazil, Russia, United States, Belgium, it is very enriching. I was by far the oldest but didn't feel a barrier about it.
We had 2 teachers every morning; it avoids monotony and in addition they complemented each other very well.
It's a small school, there are 3 classes; it gives an atmosphere that I really liked.”

By taking the Intensive course with StudioItalia, you will receive 20 structured and carefully planned lessons per week, which will put you on track to developing a good connection with your teachers and your colleagues. Whether in the free time this course affords you, or through the extracurricular activities organised by the school, you’ll be able to spend plenty of time using your rapidly improving Italian language skills out and about in Rome.
Students are expected to do most of the talking in class, rather than the traditional method of constant teacher instruction. Instead, the teacher is there to guide the class through interactive and engaging activities. One of the most important skills in learning a second language is not being embarrassed to make mistakes, and with students leading the way in these courses, you’ll be able to build that confidence.
Even so, students can still expect to cover a reasonable amount of content concerning grammar and vocabulary.
