Location: Escuela Carmen de las Cuevas Granada is a Spanish language and culture institute located in the culturally rich, Andalusian city of Granada, in the south of Spain. The school is housed between the Albacin and Sacromonte neighbourhoods at the foothills of the La Alhambra, Nazaries Palace and next to several sites of social and cultural interest. Attractions within walking distance of the school include El Bañuelo, the Museo Cueva del Sacramonte, the Mirador de San Nicholas, the Tablao Flamenco Jardines de Zoraya, Nasrid Palaces, Alhambra, the Palace of Charles V and much more.

In addition to General Spanish programmes taught over several schedules and intensities, the school also supplies One-to-One, Two-to-One and Three-to-One programmes independently or in conjunction with any other programme. Cultural programmes such as Flamenco Guitar, Technical Flamenco Dance, Initiation Flamenco Dance and Choreography, can be taken in conjunction with General Spanish courses.

Adults - Free activities

In our school we often organise movie nights as well as board game afternoons to practice Spanish and make friends, while we have flamenco jam sessions every two weeks so students can gain an insight into this beautiful world.
A guided cultural walk through a specific historic part of Granada is included for free in the reservation of any intensive course.

Adults - Paid activities

On the weekends we offer excursions to the most beautiful and important places in Andalucía like Sevilla, Córdoba or the Alpujarras for a cost of EUR 60 to 80.

With their student card, students also receive various discounts to local tablaos and flamenco shows.

Our students can also apply for the ISIC student card while studying with us to receive many discounts.
