Part of the accreditation inspection process includes an in depth evaluation of the schools complaints procedure and, as a result, the accreditation will be satisfied that the complaint will be handled professionally within the schools guidelines. |
| Any guarantees for students in case of bankruptcy of a language school associated with Sistema de Acreditación de Centros Instituto Cervantes (SACIC) | If a school accredited by Instituto Cervantes should go bankrupt and a student is left with an uncompleted course duration, the case will be transferred to the Spanish Federation of Associations of Schools of Spanish for Foreigners (FEDELE). The student's course and duration will be assessed internally and accredited centres in the surrounding area will be contacted to provide the student will an alternative location, as close to the original course as possible. |
