Location: ILSC Language School is found in the centre of the city, in the Anzac Square & Memorial Galleries. It is close to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and a large shopping centre.

Getting around: The school is a 2-minute walk from the Brisbane Train Station. There are a number of lines that connect to various boroughs within the city. Due to its central location, there are ample bus stations nearby that make travelling around the city easy.

Things to see in Brisbane: Most of the main attractions of Brisbane are in the core of the city. The Museum of Brisbane is a 5-minute walk from ILSC Language School. Brisbane City Botanic Gardens is also on the same side of the river as the school, 13 minutes by foot from the school building. Across the Brisbane River is the South Bank Parklands. From the school, this is a 20-minute walk or 15 minutes by public transportation.

Course structure: There are full-time and part-time general English courses at ILSC Language School. These can be taken in the morning, afternoon or evening. The school offers a selection of exam preparation courses including IELTS, TOEFL and the Cambridge Exams. A University Preparation Programme has been created to help students transition into student life.

Generally, course material has to be purchased by all students at the school. The costs of course material will be approximately A$15 per week.

    Reprocessing fee for student visas: AUD 100.

    COE administration and reissuing fee, AUD 30/COE.
    All courses run by session, with each session consisting of 4 weeks. Students may start in Week 1, 2, or 3. Week 4 is a test week so it is suggested not to start during Week 4.

    New students attend orientation on the first day of their start week (Monday) and begin attending classes from Tuesday.
