Information about Monte Carlo
Why Monte Carlo? Manaco is glamor by the sea. Squeezed into just 200 hectares and home to the Formula One Grand Prix, Monaco is a magnet for high-rollers and is filled to the brim with stylish hotels, luxurious resorts, yachts and casinos, spotlessly clean streets and elegant boutiques with the backdrop of high-rise modern concrete blocks crawling up to the mountain. Monaco-Ville is a typical historical quarter filled with teeny-tiny pedestrian streets. Beautiful and colourful buildings can be found at every corner but unlike other similar European the "old" buildings don't seem "worn out" therefore some of the charm is lost. Monaco-Ville, instead gives the impression that this old-style town has been built very recently - it's almost too perfect.
