This course consists of 20 lessons per week and accommodation at Conolly Hall in a twin room, triple room or quad room, decided closer to the time and on availability, with full board served in an on-site canteen and packed lunch at the weekend. The room has a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and are equipped with air-conditioning with linen changed weekly. Students are responsible for keeping their own space clean and tidy, whilst the communal facilities, including the bathroom, are cleaned daily. There are laundry facilities in the residence building and both wash clothes and towels are provided.

There are afternoon and evening activities daily, one full-day excursion and an optional half-day excursion.

The activities may be on-site or near to the centre and are likely to involve sport, drama or an evening activity. Options for these 3 types are below:
Sports such as football, mini Olympics, volleyball and basketball.
Drama and performance activities such as scavenger hunts and drama workshops.
Evening activities such as karaoke, talent show, team games and Manhattan by night walking tours.

The breakfast will generally be either a cooked breakfast or continental, which might include pancakes, eggs, juice, coffee and toast. Lunch is two courses, with 3 main course options including a vegetarian option or in the case of an activity or the weekend a packed lunch of a water, fruit, sandwich, crisps and biscuits/cake. For the evening meal, there will be two courses, 3 main course options including a vegetarian and halal option.
