Location: TANDEM Hamburg is located in the medieval port city of Hamburg, in northern Germany. Small tip - teachers should check to ensure all class members have “got the point/understood”, not just the ones that answer quickly.
They should also make available some “high volume” working exercises for each specific point, to allow students to thoroughly practice. Currently the number of worked examples is more aimed at demonstrating the issues & then a few tests, rather than multiple examples to ensure the points are fully trained.

Adults - Free activities
- Tandem Hamburg choose from various possibilities to run a cultural programme for all students. In general, this will happen once in the summer months, twice a week. They include sightseeing, games, excursions and meetings in a museum or a pub.
There are hundreds of things to do in the afternoons. The school organises outings and excursions to places of interest, they have parties, and take the students on visits to cultural attractions and exhibitions. And Hamburg doesn't close down at night! There are many theatres and cinemas; the club scene is big here, there's live music everywhere as well as dance halls and discos for all tastes. Adults - Paid activities

I am looking for a German course in Hamburg. I lived in Austria for 3 years and I think that I shouldn't attend a beginner's course, but rather an intermediate or advanced one? Is that something you offer?
“The school offers classes at all levels. You will certainly not be assigned to the beginner's course, but based on your test results in the level test. Before the start of the course, there will be a test via an online form to determine your exact language level and on the first day of school there will be a short oral interview to determine which class you fit perfectly into!”
