What we dislike about the school
- May not have a class for complete beginners.
- Do not offer favorable cancellation terms in the case of a student getting a visa rejected.
Location: OHC English is well located in Sydney. The central train station is within walking distance, and the area is built up with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops for after class entertainment.
Public transportation: Sydney is a large city and has an excellent train service running right the way through it. Both the Town Hall and Wynyard stations are less than 5 minutes from the school, which have regular routes stretching across the city and into the surrounding boroughs.
Local attractions: The school is walkable to prime features of Sydney. St Mary’s Cathedral, Art Gallery of New South Wales and the Australian Art Museum are all to the East of the school. In the west is the Daring Harbour, Australian National Maritime Museum and Sea Life Sydney Aquarium.
Courses: At the school, there are general English courses, IELTS exam preparation programmes and packages for English for Academic Purpose for those wanting to continue their studies in Australia in an academic environment.
School facilities: The school has a thriving social activity calendar, a large library, computer lab, common areas, lecture auditorium, cafe and study rooms. The reception has a well trained welfare team to handle all enquiries that students may have during their stay.
School chain: OHC English offers English language courses in the UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia and the USA. An experience-based approach is taught in the classroom and this is mirrored throughout the schools with English being spoken by all, creating an immersive learning environment.
