Location: Babel Academy of English Summer School - Dublin City University (DCU) is a junior English summer camp located in the bustling and unique Irish city of Dublin. The school is housed in the DCU Glasnevin Campus, Glasnevin area of the city, which is predominantly a residential area with many green spaces and attractions such as the National Botanic Gardens. the school campus is around a 15-minute taxi ride or 45-minute journey via public transport from Dublin International Airport.
Course selection: These immersive summer programmes are inclusive of tuition, accommodation (residential, full board), evening and afternoon activities and excursions.
Getting around: Transfers to and from Dublin Airport on arrival and departure are included in the full programme price.
Accommodation: Accommodation is in residence within the DCU Campus, in single rooms with shared bathrooms. Three meals per day are provided and included in the full programme costs.
School facilities: The school facilities are those of a modern educational institute. These facilities include a games room, an auditorium, a movie room, and free after-class access to language learning software, a garden, a kitchen, a restaurant and much more. Students are also assisted 24/7 by the school staff for any questions, queries or concerns that may arise.
Social and cultural: Afternoon and evening activities can include Ultimate Frisbee, Quiz Nights, Irish Sports Nights, Dublin City Walking Tours, Movie nights and more.
Excursions can include day trips to Kilkenny, Howth Village, the Dunmore Caves and more.
