“If the airport pickup is booked - some schools do not include it in the junior packages - the school will send you a voucher with all the information once you provide us with the details of the flights.
Normally, a representative of the school waits for the students in the arrivals hall, which is accessed after collecting the luggage and drives them to the accommodation assigned by the school, the details of which you will receive a few days before the trip.
On the day of return, the school representative picks up the student at the accommodation and will accompany them until the time of check-in. From that point on, if you want your kid to be accompanied by an adult until boarding time, you must contract this service through the airline in charge.
Students travel by their own means; we do not organize travel groups.”
