Why Maceio? Maceió is the capital of the state of Alagoas in the northeast of Brazil. ...
Maceió is a safe, relaxed and modern city, with the most beautiful and alluring beaches in South America. Besides Praia de Pajucara, its main attraction, with Jangadas (small sailboats) that take visitors to the piscinas naturais (natural swimming pools) formed by the coral reefs and sandbanks which emerge at low tide, Maceió is the sea and lagoons that dominate the landscape.

The classes were very good.
I found it very sad that FF apparently would close and that I was the last student. I had, in terms of activities, very pleased to do fun things with other students, but also for learning a language, I think it's good to talk with a group. I had booked private lessons and group lessons, but actually I now had continuous private lessons. Which on one hand is very instructive, but on the other hand, I think you learn a lot from listening to how others talk. Now I noticed that I was my teacher and my hostess could mean at one point, but other people who spoke Portuguese, I really do not quite understand.

excellent school with top quality teachers. There were 3 of us and the school was very flexible in offering us a combination of private and group classes as we were not all the same level.
Unfortunately 2 of us were ill during the week, nothing to do with the school as we arrived unwell. The director of the school arranged a visit to a nearby clinic and even came with us to ensure we had good attention. We quickly recovered but it does show the care the school takes about students.
