Spanish Courses for Seniors (50+ Years) in Madrid from €290 for 1 Week

Reviews by former students who attended a Senior Adult Learners 50+ years course in Madrid

I thought that Julia & her staff did their best to lend a hand when needed. I sincerely appreciate the efforts that Julia gave.
During my third week at the school, I attended the B1 intensive Spanish language programme. This was an outstanding experience. The students in the class were at the same language learning level and the teachers (2:1 in the first part and 1 in the second part of each school day) were outstanding. I would highly recommend the intensive programme to all.

FAQ About Senior Adult Learners 50+ years Spanish Courses in Madrid

What is the best language school offering Senior Adult Learners 50+ years courses in Madrid?
Which Spanish school offers the best rated teaching for Senior Adult Learners 50+ years courses in Madrid?
I am looking for a language course with over-50s. I have already mastered a basic/good level of Spanish. What do you recommend?
- Most 50+ courses are a combination of the standard course (all ages), combined with cultural activities just for 50+ students.
- 50+ courses often have only a few start dates per year (spring/autumn), while you can start almost every Monday in a standard course.
- The 50+ courses are incredibly fun to meet peers in, so if a start date suits you, I definitely recommend this. If there is no start date for a 50+ course that suits you, I recommend joining a standard course.
- Also, check the average age of students on the schools' profiles. If you opt for a standard course at a school with a higher average age, this also already gives you a greater chance of meeting peers.
- You could possibly also opt for a business course if a school offers this. There, the average age is usually a lot higher as well.
- The youngest students are on the road during the summer months. So if you prefer not to take classes with incredibly young students, we recommend taking a course outside the summer season.
- Most young students go to big cities; standard courses from schools in smaller locations tend to have a higher average age.
We hope this helps. And if you have any further questions, we are of course happy to help.”
