Location: BWS Germanlingua is situated in the north east of Germany’s capital city. It is in the neighbourhood of Winsviertel, which is filled with restaurants, bars, hotels, stores and green spaces.

Getting around: There is an excellent tram service around Berlin, and the closest station to the school is Hufelandstr. The spot has three well connected lines running through it; the M4, M5 and M8. These lines reach the centre of the city in around 20 mins. The Alexanderplatz Train station is a 15-minute tram ride from the school.

Major attractions: Berliner Fernsehturm, Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island are around the River Spree, in the centre. These are 20 minutes by tram from the school. The Government District has the Reichstag Building and the Brandenburg Gate are to the south west of Berlin. These are 30 minutes from the school.

Course structure: The school offers general German group classes for those wanting to learn more about the day-to-day use of the language. There are private classes, which are designed for the individual students' needs. It is possible to combine the two and have both group and one-to-one lessons. BWS Germanlingua has add-on classes in exam preparation, pronunciation and business German, which can be combined with a general German group course.

“After attending some language courses in other schools, I enjoyed a lot my experience at BWS Germanlingua, Berlin. The school is not so big, then you can easily make friends and receive a personalized attention by the managers and teachers. Since the first day I realized that the school was very organized and that they were really concerned about your right placement and learning process. They provided us good support teaching material.
