Q&A - Questions and answers about Miami

  • Unfortunately, the courses for educational leave are almost always intensive courses with more than 18 hours per week. This is not compatible with ESTA approval.
    Julia Von Vopelius-Feldt, LanguageCourse.Net - Oct 16, 2023
  • Yes, you can book the course only. Let us know what your preferred dates are and we can send you more information about the courses.
    Ana Carolina Dos Santos, LanguageCourse.Net - May 03, 2023
  • If you want to study at an English language school, you will need to make sure that the school is certified by the US Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP); all the schools we work with are. You will not be eligible for a change of status in the United States if you entered as a visitor through the visa waiver programme; I do not know if this is the case for you. If you meet the above criteria and wish to change your status while you remain in the United States, you must file an application with USCIS to change your non-immigrant status.
    Rubén De Haro, LanguageCourse.Net - Apr 26, 2023
  • No, we do not take care of the flights, but we do recommend that you only purchase them once your booking has been confirmed by the school.
    Rubén De Haro, LanguageCourse.Net - Apr 21, 2023
  • At present, all courses are face-to-face.
    Rubén De Haro, LanguageCourse.Net - Mar 27, 2023
  • Looking at your request you might be interested in Language On. They also offer business courses, so if at some point you'd like to specialise your English a bit more in the direction of your work, then you could do so at this school. The business courses are a combination of a general English group course, with private lessons for professionals. How does that sound?
    Robin Rebecca Pietersma, LanguageCourse.Net - Feb 14, 2023
  • We do not work with any schools in Kendall, but we do work with several schools in the vicinity of Miami International Airport or on Brickell Avenue, about 15'-20' away by car.
    Rubén De Haro, LanguageCourse.Net - Jan 09, 2023

FAQ about schools in Miami

  • Students holding a student visa should study at least 18 hours a week.
Ana Carolina Dos Santos, Language Travel Consultant from LanguageCourse.Net - Jan 06, 2023
  • In Miami, English lessons in groups are available for students of mixed ages. The teachers have plenty of experience in having students of all ages and adapting the content and rhythm of the class to students regardless of their age. As an alternative, you can always book individual lessons.
Ana Carolina, Area Manager from LanguageCourse.net - Dec 01, 2021
