The lessons are fun and not too intense. Questions are answered well. There is plenty of communication. There is also enough of a break. There are affordable options for activities outside class, as well as good support with arrival and departure and with finding accommodation.

The location is very good. About 10 minutes from the ferry port on the edge of the city centre. Some classrooms are very well equipped (large smart screen). The others are normal classrooms. Cultural activities are offered (sometimes for an extra charge). For example, I took part in a pasta course. Handmade orecchiette and parmiggiana! I'm beginning to suspect where the two-kilo weight gain is coming from...

Overall I would highly recommend it. I'm going for the fourth time and feel I'm making great progress with my studies!
