The programme also includes accommodation in a private bedroom (Sunday to Sunday) and 3 meals per day with the teacher’s family.

This Italian Language Course offers four daily lessons from Monday to Friday. It provides a comprehensive study of all aspects of the Italian language, including grammar and communication. The ABC Italian language school’s standard group course will allow you to reap the benefits of taking 20 professionally prepared lessons every week while studying in reduced groups of just 9 other students apart from yourself. Each lesson lasts for 45 minutes, with the grammar and conversation classes clearly divided and given their own timetables.

Grammar will be taught in the two classes between 9:00 and 10:30, while conversation classes take place between 11:00 and 12:30.

By taking the Intensive course with StudioItalia, you will receive 20 structured and carefully planned lessons per week, which will put you on track to developing a good connection with your teachers and your colleagues. Students are expected to do most of the talking in class, rather than the traditional method of constant teacher instruction. This course focuses on developing all 4 language skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) with activities.

Classes take place 3 days a week.

General Italian courses run all year round with a programme divided into 6 levels, according to the CEFR Common European Framework, from beginner to advanced level (A1-C2). All the courses develop practical communication skills. Students from the age of 16 are accepted and the minimum period of attendance is one week.

The size of the classes is a maximum of 10 participants, meaning that your teacher will get to know your individual strengths and weaknesses as the course progresses and be able to help you with any language obstacle you may encounter.
