Whether in the free time this course affords you, or through the extracurricular activities organised by the school, you’ll be able to spend plenty of time using your rapidly improving Italian language skills out and about in Rome.
Students are expected to do most of the talking in class, rather than the traditional method of constant teacher instruction. One of the most appealing features of the Standard course option is that the total number of students per class is a maximum of 10, and in many cases there are less students than the maximum permitted. This allows every learner to participate easily in their lessons, without feeling overwhelmed, and also allows the teaching staff at Academya Lingue to get to know every student and their needs.
There are two parts to every class, with the first part being concerned with the more formal aspects of learning a language, such as grammar and vocabulary. The other part is more oriented towards Italian culture, current events, and related topics. During the break time for the lessons, the teacher and students go to a local cafe together, which is a fun opportunity to speak in Italian with the other customers taking their morning coffee.

The Intensive Italian course from Scuola Leonardo da Vinci is the main offering among their programme options and involves taking 4 classes every day (20 per week). Most of the lessons’ focus is directed towards verbal communication, meaning you will spend a significant amount of time speaking in class and resolving any issues you have with pronunciation or listening skills. Even so, the elements of Italian language study that are related to vocabulary and grammar are still given their due importance.
This academy believes that play is just as important as work, and for that reason, they organise extracurricular activities for students to enjoy in the afternoons and evenings. These might involve taking day trips to museums, wine cellars, cultural discussion groups, and more. Through these activities, the school wants to show you that learning a language is much more than just learning in the classroom, and instead is all about having fun using your new or expanding knowledge of the language.

Study with your teacher at their family home in Bologna, where you will improve your Italian language skills with 20 hours of lessons every week. Living with your teacher not only gives you access to easy and continual correspondence with your tutor, but you will learn about Italian culture much more quickly by being able to consult a local homestay family about anything you’re unsure about.

Come and study Italian with a private teacher in their home, in Turin. You will receive 15 carefully and professionally planned one-to-one lessons per week in your teacher’s family home, where you will also benefit from the family’s conversation in Italian, as well as their native cultural knowledge. Having an Italian family accompany you during your first time living in Italy will help you understand some of the cultural differences that might exist between Turin and your place of origin.
One of the first areas you will check out should be the historic centre since this is where the vast majority of sights, shops and entertainment options are located - however just be aware that this is the area with the most international visitors, so if you want to be immersed around Italian speakers then you may wish to hang out in the San Salvario area of Turin.
You will be able to contact HLI’s Local Organiser staff who work in Turin if you ever need to raise an issue regarding any aspect of your experience with the programme, so you will always have assistance on hand.

Come and learn Italian in Calabria, where you can immerse yourself in the language, as well as locally-grown produce and stunning sandy beaches. Your classes will take place at your teacher’s home where you will live for the duration of your course, and you get to control the content of your lessons - ensuring that everything is relevant and interesting for you.

The best way to book your language course!
The evaluations by students after they complete a course is excellent. The discount for using your website is also a great incentive. It also would be wonderful if the website would include more cities and a bigger selection of schools in each city.
The service of languagecourse.net is great, I booked already 3 schools and I can highly recommend it. In fact, I tell everybody I meet on my journey in South America about this website and how well everything is organized.
I am very satisfied. I found more/relevant information on your webpage than on the school's website itself. It is the cheapest offer. I'm going to book my next course on your site soon.
You're just great, doing a fantastic job. I'll be back in a couple of weeks and be booking my next stay abroad with you again (as always).
I was really surprised with your assistance to me, the service was amazing, following me on every step, thank you!
The service received has been fantastic. All doubts and issues were solved quickly and effectively. An exceptional service.
Your service was excellent . You helped me to choose exactly the right course for me .
I had excellent support with the school choice and booking. I was grateful knowing that if a problem arose, I had someone to liaise with the school and sort it out. Many thanks
Your service was excellent, really following up and holding my hand.! My older step-brother used your service a few years ago to study Spanish in Salamanca and Granada and we found LanguageCourse.Net so helpful then as well.
I genuinely rate the enrolment service five stars as it exceeded my expectations - everything that was booked worked out flawlessly, and queries were responded to with minimal delay. Ana Carolina was great - thanks!
Everything was perfect. Fast and efficient help. Kindness and support from start to finish. Thanks a lot!
Excellent support. In particular, Ana Carolina is amazing and goes out of her way to help. I have called upon Ana in the past and will do so in the future. I am genuinely grateful. Thank you Ana!
Sabine was FANTASTIC! Very complete communication all along the process!
Ana Carolina dos Santos was amazing. Always kind and available, she solved all my doubts.
Sawsan was amazing throughout the booking process. Was extremely helpful and attentive and professional.
Just keep up the good work. The organization is excellent, so that even less experienced travellers would feel ok to come to China. I also felt really good in the host family, they were really great!
