This programme combines Course B with 3 cooking lessons (3.5 hours each) per week.

The student has to stay in a studio flat booked through the school, as the cooking lessons will take place there.

The course includes 20 general Italian lessons (45 minutes per lesson) and 2 cooking lessons (180 minutes per lesson) per week. You will learn how to cook traditional Italian and Florentine recipes under the supervision of an experienced Italian chef. After preparing the dishes, you will enjoy dinner with your friends in a relaxing Italian atmosphere.

Combine the Standard Course (20 lessons per week) with 6 hours of cooking lessons per week. The cooking classes are taught by a professional Italian chef.

Standard Course combined with 2 cultural outdoor activities, 1 full day excursion and 3 culinary activities (alternating wine, oil and bio food tastings and visits to farms) per week. Students are led by professional cooks in the preparation of dishes, tastings and visits of farms.

This course consists of 10 group lessons Italian + 1 workshop with pasta tasting (2,5 hours) + 1 workshop with olive oil or wine tasting (2,5 hours) + 2 gastronomic half-day trips (Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Lambrusco wine, Traditional Balsamic vinegar of Modena) per week.

These lessons are aimed at small groups of people, of all ages who who want to learn traditional Italian recipes in a simple and clear way.

In just a few lessons you will learn how to prepare homemade past dough to enjoy in various formats: from tagliatelle to ravioli, and much more.
