The teacher
Chamber College`s administration was poor, particularly in accommodation. I suffered with a lot of noise in my first apartment. I heard that many students suffered from same thing, but staff didn`t seem to be dealing with the problem eagerly. It would be a good idea to lay a heavy penalty on students who often make a lot of noise.
