All the teachers are very friendly. Even the schoolstaff knows you by name. They are very helpful, so you could always speak to them if you have any problems.

Buy an English dictionary for learners of English, very helpful! You should buy this in England, that's cheaper than at home.
Other comments
Try to do lots of things of the social program. You'll meet lots of people and you'll have great friendships over whole the world! Speaking is the best thing to learn a language, so speak as much as you can. It doesn't matter if you make mistakes, because everybody at school has to learn English and they make mistakes as well. Native-speakers have respect that you try to speak in their language. Don't be shy, dare to speak!

to meet people from everywhere in the world with different levels and different ages, and need to speak english with them to exchange experiences, help to be more confident in the english language

I recommend doing puting on the River Cam, going to the night club Ballare, and enjoying a good beer in traditional english pubs ( but you have to be 18 or you can't go out at night)

teachers are really good and friendly in this school, if you have a problem with your acomodation you can speak about it and they'll do the necessary things for you. they organise activities for their students in a nice social programme. I enjoyed my stay there a lot.
