"Punctuality and good treatment."
Negative aspects
"The level of teaching, I expected more, it was totally basic. I think it is complemented if you stay another two weeks or if you want to improve your level attend at any other date to the standard course. However, it will not be aimed at people over 50 years old."

"The school does not inform you about your level of Italian that the initial test shows."

"I really appreciate that you offer courses for seniors (50 years and over). We are still functional. Thank you."
City/place
"Beautiful and interesting city with excellent roads and effective transportation. The only bad thing is that there are many tourists. It would be excellent to move the Senior Italian course to a month later, that is, at the beginning of October."

Positive aspects of school
"The organisation of the accommodation is good, helpful people, classrooms are equipped, every week the teacher changes.
There was listening, we watched video clips, half of the lesson once a week they take you to the city during lessons for a quest, interesting. Teachers try to make time for everyone, this is a plus."
Negative aspects
"The teaching is weak. One week more or less taught well, the second week was bad luck. When you ask, "Why is it this way and not that way?" The question is simply avoided, without saying the answer. Mostly went through grammar, wrote down words. The same can be done from home. Very few words/expressions were given as locals say and what on the internet (for example) you can't learn just like that. There were 8 people in the class, but my personal opinion is that this is too many. We were divided into groups, but it didn't make much sense in practice."

Accommodation
"In the first week they put me in a very nice and beautiful flat, but the bus stop was far away ( 10 minutes on foot ) plus it took almost 20 minutes to get there. It was inconvenient to go home at night, so I asked for new accommodation.
The second week in the new accommodation I was given a 5sq/m room, too small, but it was in the centre (5 minutes from Santa Maria Fiori)."
