Location: EF International Language Center London is located in the cosmopolitan capital city of England, London. Housed in a traditional Victorian building, within 10-minutes of the London Eye, the school is a short distance from Waterloo Underground Station, ensuring that all students have the city's attractions at their fingertips. There are several supermarkets, eateries, banks and pharmacies close by, allowing students to feel comfortable and relaxed during their time in London. With sites such as Buckingham Palace, The British Museum, St. Paul's Cathedral and The Tower of London all within a 30-minute journey of the school's front doors, students are kept busy inside and outside of the classrooms whilst reaching their language goals with EF London. All of London's airports are easily accessible via train.
Course selection: EF London is open to students of all levels and ages at various times throughout the year. For adults, several programmes take place the whole year round, whilst junior immersive or day programmes are available through the summer months.
School facilities: The facilities of the school are exemplary, offering students all they may need to reach their language goals, in a comfortable and friendly environment. The facilities are extensive, including a cafeteria, computer lab, library, games room, auditorium, garden, free after-class language learning software and a student support desk for any questions or queries that may arise. All classrooms are equipped with air conditioning, heat and have ample natural light to create an optimal learning environment.

Details of the review
Quality of teaching / language progress: 50+ was a good choice, even though I was almost only with very young students. The classification of the language level was very good and is more important than a class composition based on the age of the students. The fellow students were all very nice and were great in their interactions and culture.

- Generally, course material has to be purchased by all students at the school. The costs of course material will be approximately €45 per course level.
- Comments about courses
The cost of course materials vary depending on the duration of the course:
1-6 weeks: EUR 55
7-12 weeks: EUR 95
Cancellation Protection fee: EUR 85 (Non-refundable).
Students must book a travel insurance, which covers the whole period of the course and stay in London. Students can book Erika Insurance Coverage via the school:- Two weeks: EUR 85.
- Per additional extra week: EUR 40.
Students can have another insurance but they must prove they have booked another one.
Accommodation: - Homestays are no further than 45 minutes by public transportation from school.
- Residence accommodation is also available upon request and subject to availability.
Classes are likely to take place on some days in the morning and other days in the afternoon. Students will be given the exact timetable closer to the start date. These are sample times and lessons will fall within the time frames stated depending on availability and time of year.

- Individual classes
- Single individual lessons of tuition can be reserved at 120 €. The combination of group and individual lessons is highly recommended. Individual lessons will encourage you to actively speak the foreign language and will offer you the opportunity to discuss individual problems and weaknesses.

Visa Documents
Nationals from USA do not require a visa to study short term courses up to 180 days. A valid passport and an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) is required to enter the UK. The application for the ETA is done online https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta. The answer is expected within 3 working days, costing GBP 16. The ETA allows multiple entries in the country for up to 6 months for a maximum of 2 years or until the passport used when applying expires.

Nationals from countries that require a visa will receive documents from the school, related to booking confirmation, which is required for the visa application.
