"Rob and Denis were always sociable. They supported me when the school did not compromise at all. They even helped to fix a suitcase that broke down on the way to the airport. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. And the fact that according to the rules of the school - you cannot cook and use the microwave. It came as a surprise to me, because no one informed me about this in advance and I hoped to cook for myself, but it turned out that I coudn´t even warm up the food. Also, I didn’t like that the family decided on their own when the washing would take place and filled the machine themselves, this is not hygienic. And I was also not warned about this, so I could have taken more things and linen."

"There was nothing I liked about this school. Everything was chaotic. My accommodation wasn't booked, lessons were in a different building which was a bus ride away and the teachers didn't even know we were coming. The lessons were so boring, we could have learnt twice that much in the same time"

"I booked for full day but I prefer morning and skill class is enough.
By the way, the city residence was very bad. The shared kitchens don’t have any windows and smell terrible. I prefer the host family. Also, my host was good. They were lovely people but some of my friends' host families were not good. However, you talk with the school and they can change the host family."
