Souffle (SOUFFLE)

SOUFFLE is an association authorised to inspect the quality of schools teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE) in France and Switzerland. Members of SOUFFLE undertake regular inspections to guarantee the school continues to provide high quality service.

Requirements Souffle member schools need to fulfill	The requirements that SOUFFLE members need to fulfil in order to be assessed: - provide students with a clear and truthful description of; the services available at the school, the terms and conditions and procedures of the organisation as well as the health and safety regulations of the school; - provide quality teaching and accommodation options as stated by the SOUFFLE regulations; - ensure the student always feels welcome at the school, with information regarding the local surroundings of the school, and have a number of after class cultural activities available to the student.
Complaint/arbitration procedure offered by Souffle	A student can call upon a team at SOUFFLE to arbitrate between the student and the school should a grievance arise, if the dispute cannot be resolved between the student and the school directly.
Any guarantees for students in case of bankruptcy of a language school associated with Souffle	If a dispute about a school cannot be resolved with the student directly, then a member of the SOUFFLE team can arbitrate if necessary.
