Location: American English Language School Los Angeles is an English language institute located on the outskirts of the bustling and world-renowned city of Los Angeles, California, USA. Housed in Brea, around 50km southeast of Los Angeles, the school has various amenities, shops, supermarkets, and attractions close by. Such places of interest within a 20-minute drive of the school include Walmart, the Brea Union Plaza Mall, Brea Mall, several eateries, Craig Regional Park, and more. Downtown Los Angeles is around a 35-minute journey from the school via car.
Getting around: Although there are several bus routes relatively close to the school, the area is best travelled by car. Car rentals are readily available throughout the area and at all airports.
Course selection: Course selection includes something for adult students of all levels. The courses available at American English Language School are general English lessons, TOEFL exam preparation courses, citizen test preparation classes, private lessons, summer adult packages and college pathway programmes.
Social and cultural: The school is outside of Los Angeles but relatively close, within a 20-minute car ride, to Disneyland Park. The surrounding parks and nature reserves such as Chino Hills State Park, Limestone Canyon Regional Park, Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park and more, are very inviting to visitors, whilst the centre of Los Angeles and its attractions are around 35 minutes from the school by car. Long Beach is around a 35-minute from the school via car also, with Santa Monica around a 45-minute car journey away.
