"Location close to the centre by the tram stop. Well-organised teaching rooms, pleasant atmosphere."

"Cancellation of one-to-one lessons without prior notice, lecturer late for one-to-one lessons, verification of level of knowledge was by test, no interview. The group was not age-matched. Teaching topics were not adjusted to the needs of the participants, also during individual classes. No access to free drinking water. This was my second visit to this school and spoiled my impressions of last year."

"The residence double-booked the type of room I reserved, and the room I booked was no longer available after 5 days. The residence tried to move me to a shared room and then a shared apartment (although I reserved a private superior studio). At the end, I had to find another accommodation. A week after returning to my country, I have still not received the refund for the days I did not stay at the residence."

"I've been in 4 different schools in Germany. And this time in Wien has been my worst one. I've had 3 different teachers and all of them don't know how to teach. The classes are boring and we haven't learnt anything besides grammar and reading texts. Extremely boring and no understanding on how to make a class complete and interesting. By the way, what kind of skills can a 18 years old teacher have? Very unprofessional."

"I think is a city where there is always something to do. Many museums and galleries. And the people are nicer than Germans :). However, I feel the city doesn't have a personality, like it has an artificial aspect of beauty where every neighbourhood feels the same, even the people who live there seems to be the same, no matter the district you are."

"The accommodation was perfect. And the woman very loving and caring for students like me. She cooks very well too. The problem is that the location is 40 minutes away from the school. Therefore, I would not recommend having classes in the afternoon to students who go there because, unlike me, they will be able to talk or meeting other students and not go directly to the accommodation to have dinner."

"No need to book the meals - breakfast is poor, lunch is the opposite - everything is too much and fat. Also, it is not worth coming with a level below B1.2, it might be difficult to study (if the course is for 2-3 weeks) due to incorrect group placement."

"I had two different teachers for a grammar part and a conversation part. However, as they should have had a meeting in advance, both of them gave us the informative classes. They were friendly and motivated the students very well. So, I could ask the questions without any hesitation. The school staff were helpful and made a ticket reservation of a concert for me."
