"The staff were very engaging and helpful. The lessons were also extremely valuable; I could feel my understanding of Italian improving with every lesson."

"The after school activities seemed to assume that everyone had a good level of Italian. This was not always the case. To have a tour, and only speak Italian in a normal quick cadence (rhythmic manner) obviously means that some students will miss out on a lot. Better presentations take in the whole audience, and could be done by sometimes speaking a bit slower or in English for some parts; this will also help people improve their Italian as they are more likely to understand what is being said."

"Although I did not give 5 for all items I would chose the school again. No regrets. The owners are always there and interested in sharing ideas and tips. The teachers are excellent and make you feel comfortable with the learning process. Very broad range of extra activities. Excellent location."

- Organization: Conversation classes - 11:10 to 13:00 where often mixed with different levels. I think this was due to the lack of students to form a full class.
- Facilities - a) 1 bathroom for each gender. Considering that we were in 20+ women, it was sometimes an issue to get a turn b) One of the classes (the one I stayed for 2 weeks) was directly connected to the administration desks and therefore quite noisy."

"The classes are small. Everyone is picked up with their level of knowledge. Everyone is super nice, open-minded and supportive."

"Only yellow thumbs and not red thumbs, the grouping of the classes and sometimes a weekly change of students. In the last week, a "block of four" of people who knew each other well joined the small remaining class group. This made it difficult for the rest of the participants to get to know the "newcomers". The rest of the students would have found it more pleasant if the block had been divided into two classes."

"This school has incredible staff and atmosphere. They really prioritize getting you comfortable speaking Italian. The optional afternoon activities are great as well. I tried to do at least once per week. It was a great way to meet people in different class levels and practice speaking. I took 3 weeks of the beginner level course."

The level I was in was appropriate for me. I was especially pleased to be among people my age. Having 2 hours each of grammar and conversation is perfect."

"There was not a specific class for my level, so for 2/5 weeks I had a reviews of what I already knew. I thought there would be excursions to other cities during the weekends."

"The host was very friendly, but: I thought I would be settled in a large room with air conditioning, as it appeared to be on the photo I was shown, but instead I had a small, stuffy, hot room, with a small high window for 4/5 weeks, and only moved to the bigger room on the 5th week. I thought there would be other students from the school in the apartment, but there were only other Italians."
