The school was equipped with modern amenities, all were friendly, it was a very good mix of different nations.
The lessons were very well designed by the teacher and informative! I was able to develop and take in some things. Private lessons and a stay of minimum 2 weeks is highly recommended.

There are no teenagers. This school is for adults.
I was living in the Country Side Residence which is situated not far from the school. It is a significant advantage because I could get to the school on foot. It took me 10-15 min. If you live in the Sea Side Residence or in the Town Side Residence you need a bus to get to the school. There are no direct buses to the school. If you don't live in Victoria (the Town Side Residence is situated in Victoria) you need a bus from your town to Victoria and a bus from Victoria to Kercem. And than you need 10-15 min to get to the school on foot. Another solution is to rent a vehicle. The Country Side Residence is a very good hotel. It is a two floor building with three rooms on each floor. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom on each floor. The kitchen is common. Please note that in Kercem all shops and restaurants are closed from 12 till 16 o'clock and they are Also closed the whole day on Sundays. Lessons are based on Oxford book. You need to do a level test and then you will be assigned to a group corresponding to your level. You can change the group if you want to. The tasks in the book imply the discussion between students. The exercises are always aimed at practising vocabulary or grammar. Therefore, improvment of your speaking skills is the main idea of lessons. I recommend to book private lessons. It is a very effective way of learning.

Chance of speaking. I would prefer classes of 4-5 people. Different nationalities. The average age of the students was medium/high. If you live in a city, this gives you the chance to spend some days on a quiet island.

The homely atmosphere, the organization, the location, the friendly people. A great experience if you want to practice English in a quiet environment.
Extremely friendly staff, except for one person unfortuntelly. Several students had unpleasant moments with her. Her personality discouraged everyone. Unless you spoke English fluently, she almost shputed at you. A shame, really. In my case, I requested to take my classes in the afternoon and I'm still waiting for an answer (and who dares ask again!!). I asked her about the insurance I requested when I had a problem, and she told me to sort myself out. The rest of the staff was outstanding, and their help was very important.

The facilities
The teachers are really bad. Some of them know nothing about grammar. One of the teachers I had wasn't really a teacher, as she wasn't even correcting the homework. She was asking a different teacher to do that. Really bad school. I will never go back.

The public transport is really bad, which is a serious problem during the stay. If you do not live close to the school, you spend too much time on the bus but if you live near the school, you have probelms to travel around the island.
