AEEA (Español en Andalucía)

The requirements schools need to fulfill to be a member of EEA are:

- be an Accredited Center of the Cervantes Institute;

- have at least four classrooms and four levels of Spanish available throughout the year.

AEEA's complaints procedure is as follows;

- All grievances directed at a member of the EEA must be reported, along with their solution, to the AEEA by the school, where a student advocate is responsible for the control of these.

- Any unresolved cases can be reported to the AEEA student advocate to assist in resolving the conflict.

- The student advocate will consist of 3 representatives from 3 different AEEA member schools, who will listen to both accounts and aim to resolve the complaint within 2 to 4 weeks.
