The city is very attractive for the cultural activities it provides, but, except for visiting parks and a few other tourist attractions, many activities can be costly and ends up limiting our participation (entrance fees to museums and theaters without discount for foreign students is frustrating).
New York is a multicultural city where you can see and experience many new things every day. The people are super friendly and helpful. If you are an open person, it is easy to make contacts and meet new people.
A super great city with great amount of activities and sights, would definitely like to come back. However, it is very dirty and a high rate of homelessness.
I've been visiting the Big Apple for years now, and it's truly become my second home. I absolutely adore it, but at the same time, it's a truly tough city.
A city of magnificent architecture, superbly designed green spaces, rich museum collections - extremely inspiring.
The cost of living, including accommodation and daily expenses, is high, so living there can be expensive.
A city with an extravagant, lively atmosphere... worth visiting at least once in your lifetime.

Tuition is very affordable compared to other schools in Manhattan, New York.

The teachers are really friendly, not just in a small talk kind of way, but genuinely committed to helping students progress. It's also beneficial that the over-30s and under-30s are taught separately. In my class, all the students were between 16 and 21, which made it very easy to make new friends quickly.

New York is known as the city that never sleeps! It is vast, with an excellent subway system. This makes it easy to get around and explore top sights such as the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge. Do not neglect to walk the streets as you may well come across a pop up concert or celebrity spot. It is often the unplanned events that hold the best stories! The city is safe for a large city in the USA, as long as you are sensible and stick to the crowds, particularly at night. Despite having the reputation of a concrete jungle, there are a large number of parks. Why not escape the city chaos with an afternoon in Central Park. It’s all there waiting for you!
New York has a high density population of both locals and tourists. It should not surprise you to see long queues outside the best venues. As mentioned before, there is a lot to do here and you will not be able to do it all,so plan wisely. It does give you a perfect excuse to come again another year.
