What our students said about Santiago de Compostela

Beautiful city with a friendly atmosphere. Nice people, good food and overall affordable. Just be aware that it could take a while before getting used to their rhythm of living! The vegetation is really verdant. Expect some rainy days!

Friendly and personable. Although I did not qualify for the class being offered during my stay in Santiago, they offered the alternative of having one on one instruction within my budget. I was completely satisfied.
I hope to be back.

Information about Santiago de Compostela

Why Santiago de Compostela? Santiago de Compostela is the capital of the Spanish region of Galicia. It's hard not to be both charmed and wowed by this city. The architecture and atmosphere of the city with a strong local character are alive with history and visitors often feel like they’ve taken a step back in time when they come here. The main attraction and final point of pilgrimage is The Catedral de Santiago de Compostela, where elaborately carved stone facades open onto grand plazas contained within the medieval walls of the old town. In the area you will find countless restaurants and bars specialise in fine Galician seafood and local wines, a taste sensation.
