QE (Quality English)

Schools who want to join QE must meet the following requirements:

- be a functioning organisation of teaching English as a second language for 3 years;

- be an independent and privately owned company which is located in UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Malta or Cyprus and holds an acrreditation from a local Accreditation Board;

- the school strives for excellence across all its departments and received feedback to support this.

QE does not deal with any complaints made by a student regarding one of it's schools. The complaint should be followed up directly with the school, the agency that the student has booked with or, in the last instance, with the local accreditation board who accredits the school.
