It’s wonderful. I did not participate much in nightlife but enjoyed what I did. I also did not use public transportation much.

Did you know that Mexico city was built on top of a lake? The city is constantly sinking. Another great reason: food!

Most recent student reviews of language schools in Mexico City

The teachers are very competent, interested, committed and friendly. I felt very welcome at all times. I was particularly pleased that cultural content was discussed in the lessons. The teachers responded very well to the language level of the individual students. The groups were not too large so that everyone could make progress.

Course: Intensive Course - 4 weeks
Student age: 68 years

The classrooms may not have been well equipped, but the teachers - they also speak very good English - and the staff were extremely good and friendly. I am a teacher myself, so I think I can judge it quite well. I had no knowledge of Spanish and took a 4-week course. Now I can make myself understood everywhere and get by in the national language. This is also due to the fact that the school not only teaches according to the book, but also deals a lot with everyday things. I am very satisfied and can only recommend the school to others

Course: Intensive - 4 weeks
Student age: 31 years

The teachers are very well qualified.
The name of the school is Frida Spanish School. Very poorly organized, with no accurate information and no staff speaking Portuguese. It seems like a garage background school, the organization does not exist, information is not secure, lack preparation to deal with Brazilian students, taking the language into consideration.

The teacher Diego and the support staff Silvana. During the difficult times of the earthquake, they did the best that they could do.
Thank you a lot. I enjoyed the class and I will take the advanced class in the near future.

Course: Standard - 2 weeks
Student age: 38 years

Open and friendly teachers.
The course consisted of a mixture of levels, including beginners. That was more than bad for the participants! The teacher took care of both groups, but half of the time it was the other group's turn.
Leisure activities were not offered!
10 December 2011
Course: Standard Course - 1 week
Student age: 58 years

The Spanish lessons were mainly conducted in English, there was neither a library nor teaching materials. No recreational activities were offered. The in-house computer was broken, the pending airport pickup is missed, prior information on the address of the district was not provided. The school is highly recommended in any case.

27 October 2011
Course: Standard Course - 3 weeks

very personal, due to few pupils
The Info on the schools website is wrong. Beginners courses start whenever there are enought people (for me it was 2). Holidays mentioned there are not necessarily correct. Go there and check in person. Attention: No sign on the building, but the man behind the mirror will open the door for you. School is close to metrobus station Sonora, as the google maps Metrostations look close but are not far away. closest Metro is Chilpancingo or Insurgentes.
